Sonic Summary

We are seeking a 360 Recruiter, preferably from the industrial or catering division, but will consider candidates from other sectors with experience running a temps desk.
The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background and a passion for delivering excellent recruitment solutions and customer service.
This demanding role requires someone who thrives in a busy workload and enjoys challenges, along with excellent matchmaking and interviewing skills.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, particularly in a temps environment.
The position offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and the opportunity to work within a friendly, dedicated team at an established agency.

We are looking for a 360 Recruiter ideally from the industrial / catering division however we will also look at a recruiter from another sector who has run a temps desk

We are looking for a professional hard working individual who has a real passion for running a temps desk

This is a demanding role so someone who enjoys challenges and can work a busy workload

Must have a strong sales background, who can support clients with excellent recruitment solutions. and support and deliver all requirements with excellent customer service

Have excellent matchmaking and interviewing skills

Can work to deadlines and have excellent matchmaking skills

Working for a established agency with and excellent name in recruitment
