Recruitment Consultant - Exeter Based – £25k to £28k doe + Monthly and Uncapped Quarterly Bonus Scheme - Health Care Scheme - Competitions and Reward Schemes - Industry Recognised Training - Office Based position.

The role of Recruitment Consultant is varied and filled with highs and lows, but ultimately rewarding. As Recruitment Sales Consultant you will:

  • Build relationships to sell recruitment services to both Candidates and Clients
  • Provide excellent Customer Service
  • Consult and advise Companies on their Recruitment Plans
  • Grow your own business through Sales activity on the phone and face to face
  • Attend Client meetings, Face to Face or via Teams

As a Recruitment Consultant you will bring your previous sales experience and the determination to get results to your day to day activities. You will have excellent communication skills; both written and spoken, be able to use MS Office packages, have an excellent work ethic and previous experience within a Sales environment, we'll teach you the rest.
