One of Exeter's top law firms is looking to hire an experienced recruitment professional, to work within a highly-regarded and attractive professional services setting, within the legal sector. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced, effective and friendly team of HR professionals, with the opportunity to learn and develop skills within an amazing professional services sector, in law. The successful candidate will report to the HR Manager, and will be responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring the best talent, and developing and driving our recruitment and onboarding processes. This role will focus on the end to end recruitment process, identifying and attracting key talent, sourcing applicants through appropriate online platforms and professional networks, working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to drive resourcing solutions and candidate pipelines, arranging interviews and managing selection procedures, onboarding and successfully integrating new joiners into the business, assisting with our early careers programmes, and helping to enhance our employer brand and candidate experience. You will also provide support to the wider HR team when needed.

Experience sought:
- You will already be a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Officer/Advisor, being able to drive the end to end recruitment process.
- Ideally you will also have experience working in an HR role so that you can provide support to the wider HR team.
- You will have a full and busy workload, so you will need to be able to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- Someone proactive and who can take initiative, be flexible and adaptable in your approach, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key to this role is confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail.
- You will have good proficiency in all aspects of IT, including experience of using an applicant tracking system, and online sourcing platforms including LinkedIn.
- You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years recent experience working as a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Officer/Advisor, ideally with experience working in an HR role at Officer/Advisor level.
- You will have worked in professional services, ideally in a law firm, although this isn't essential
