- Managing, nurturing, and growing your own client portfolio
- Leveraging existing accounts and generating new business through strategic development
- Identifying, sourcing, and managing top-tier candidates across your sector
- Leading advertising and marketing initiatives for vacancies and campaigns
- Overseeing all stages of the recruitment cycle – from client brief to candidate placement
- Using all available recruitment resources (job boards, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximum effect
- Supporting and mentoring more junior consultants (as appropriate)
- Working in line with the full RGB recruitment methodology
- Proven experience in a recruitment consultancy environment (360 or business development focused)
- Commercially astute with a flair for business development and relationship management
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Able to work independently while being a strong team player
- Organised, detail-oriented, and adept at juggling multiple priorities
- IT proficient, including use of CRM systems and social media platforms for recruitment
