As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be given the tools, training, and support to build a rewarding career in recruitment. Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with the right roles
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
- Develop a strong network of talent within your sector
- Work towards and achieve individual and team targets
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties
- Receive ongoing training and development to help you grow into a successful recruitment consultant
What We're Looking For:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A passion for recruitment, sales, and helping others achieve their career goals
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not essential
