Recycling Operative

Temp to Perm

Clyst St Mary, Devon

£12.00ph  

We are recruiting for a Recycling Operative on a temp to perm assignment based in Clyst St Mary, Devon.  You will be joining a leading Waste Management Services company.

As a Recycling Operative your duties will include:

  • Perform sortation duties, working on a conveyor belt and sorting recycling according to specifications.
  • Ensure that the recycling area is kept clean and organised.
  • Comply with safety and health regulations and safety standards.
  • Maintain quality standards.

About You:

  • Working knowledge of health and safety
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects for extended periods of time.

Working Hours & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday, 0700am – 1700pm
  • £12.00 per hour + weekly attendance bonus  

Successful candidates will be pro-active team workers, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff. Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business, whilst abiding by health and safety legislation in respect of yourself and others.
