A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shift Production Manager to join a UK known FMCG manufacturer in the Exeter Area!
With no day ever being the same the Shift Production Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all activities across the site. Managing a team of 50+
- Lead and manage 5S Process across the site
- Ensure the environmental management system is followed and adhered to complying with ISO 14001/50001
- Deliver the production plan to the required and budgeted time line
- Manage teams training and development needs and maintain training record/matrix
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Food / FMCG industry experience
- Supervisory/Management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong health and safety experience and knowledge
- 5S process knowledge
- Have a strong continuous improvement initiative
