An LCV Technician / Van Technician is needed in the Exeter area for a prestigious commercial main dealer.
The position offers a basic salary of £18.50 per hour, which totals approximately £40,885 annually.
Candidates should have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification and relevant working experience in a busy LCV workshop.
The role involves servicing and repairing light commercial vehicles, including general servicing, vehicle inspections, and diagnostics.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:30pm, with Saturday mornings required on a 1 in 3 basis at an enhanced rate.

Prestige Commercial Main Dealer
Basic salary £18.50 per hour DOE
Monday to Friday (8am to 5:30pm)
1 in 3 Saturday mornings paid at x1.5 time (8am to 1pm)

We are recruiting on behalf of our Automotive Prestige Commercial Client for a LCV Technician / Van Technician. As a Van Technician / LCV Technician for our client you will be required to service and repair Light Commercial Vehicles in an efficient manner ensuring they are fixed to the high standards as dictated by our Client.Responsibilities of a Van Technician / LCV Technician for our Client

General Servicing
Repair of Vehicle Defects
MOT preparation and repair work
Vehicle Inspection
Completion of associated paperwork
Diagnostics

Van Technician / LCV Technician person specification

Fully Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a LCV Technician / Van Technician
Working experience within a busy LCV Workshop
Have an up-to-date knowledge of current repair methods
Driving Licence is Essential.
