Responsibilities - Accounts Manager
- Managing a portfolio of clients providing services to include: annual accounts, self- assessment tax, corporation tax, VAT, bookkeeping and other specialist areas of work.
- Overseeing the work of Accounts Assistants and providing the necessary support or training.
- Develop and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Proactively supporting clients with their accounting and tax planning needs.
- Producing and preparing accounts updates to clients and management.
- Successfully monitoring clients management accounts, explaining any variances or planning opportunities.
Requirements - Accounts Manager
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager with excellent interpersonal skills.
- An excellent understanding of our client as a company and its goals.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
