Salary: £40k - £45k+ bonus + car
Location: Exeter (Southern Territory)

The Company

Our client, is a successful operator in the hazardous and industrial sector, providing specialist services to the waste, power and heavy industry sectors. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to develop our South West region.

The Role

As BDM you will develop and generate sales in the industrial waste services sector.

Working on behalf and representing a corporate organisation you will be providing a full industrial services environmental solution across the South West.

As our Business Development professional you will develop and build strong relationships to secure repeat business opportunities.

You will maintain knowledge and awareness of market trends, customer trends, and the competitive environment.

As BDM you will have autonomy for planning and managing your client base, ensuring regular face to face customer visits.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Business Development Manager across new business generation and account development.

Ideally you will have experience from the industrial waste services sector, r waste management, drainage, sewage or environmental services sector.

Working on behalf of a corporate organisation you will have exemplary presentation skills.

This role requires a candidate who is decisive with strong negotiating and influencing skills.

You will be an excellent relationship builder, with clients and internal colleagues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent IT skills required.
