Business Development Manager - Southwest Region
The Role:
Experienced Sales/Business Development Manager required for this exciting opportunity to join the Groups sales team. Successful candidate will focus on selling all of the Groups products, services and solutions to new and prospective customers, as well as increasing volumes within our current client base through impeccable account management.
Duties will include;
- Generating your own meetings through business development activity & networking.
- Proposing the right solution to best fit a potential customers needs.
- Managing your sales pipeline whilst acting as a point of contact throughout.
- You will also work closely with internal departments to promote cross selling.
- Work within our values, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout.
We are specifically looking for candidates that have proven experience of working in the recruitment industry. You will enjoy working autonomously, be pro-active and have the proven ability of calling and networking to generate new business opportunities. This is a predominantly field-based role, therefore a driving license is essential.
Benefits: You will receive;
