Ledger Assistant

gap personnel are currently recruiting for a Ledger Assistant for a leading recycling and waste management company.  

As a Ledger Assistant your duties will include:

  • Processing of supplier invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements to Ledger
  • To assist the group ledger supervisor & group credit controller
  • Monitoring and dealing with queries  
  • Raising invoices

About You:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Positive attitude to problem solving
  • Efficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Grade C/4 equivalent in Math’s

 Working hours & Pay:

  • 16-20 hours per week
  • £27,000 part time pro rata
