Your Key Responsibilities As a Ledger Assistant

  • Processing supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency
  • Reconciling supplier statements to the ledger
  • Supporting the Group Ledger Supervisor and Credit Controller
  • Handling invoice queries and ensuring timely resolutions
  • Raising invoices and ensuring records are up to date

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • A proactive problem solver with attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Minimum Grade C/4 in Maths
