Securitas are looking for an Administrator to provide administrative support to our Client, whilst promoting a positive security culture to customer's, staff and contractors
You will be reporting to the Security & Resilience l Manager.
Working: 40 hrs per week
Monday-Friday (08:00-16:30)
Flexibility required depending on workload
Job OpportunityResponsibilities will include:
- Provide general admin support to the team, including the booking of meetings, scanning and filing, producing reports and office cover.
- Using the Incident Management System, record and where necessary, escalate security event reports to the appropriate manager for investigation and track/update the spreadsheet with outcome.
- Monitor the security hatch alarm system and report/action any faults.
- Develop, monitor and update the Security Technician site visit routes.
- Conduct audits.
- Manage the Security mailbox and allocate tasks to the Security Technicians.
- Centrally collate information pertaining to Security Technician annual leave/sickness and monthly reports.
- Produce reports relating to security events, trends and activity.
- Provide advice and guidance to customer staff (as directed)
- Promoting a positive security culture to customer's employees, partners and contractors.
These duties and accountabilities should not be regarded as exclusive or exhaustive as the post holder may be required to undertake other reasonably determined duties within the Company, commensurate with the status of the job.
The post holder may be expected to work out of hours and weekends on occasions.
Essential SkillsEssential Skills
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
- Relationship building and ability to communicate effectively at varying levels.
- Flexibility is essential and must be willing to work out of hours and weekends on occasions.
Desired Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
