This Security Concierge position offers an exciting opportunity to blend corporate hospitality with security responsibilities in a prestigious legal environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who can maintain a professional, welcoming demeanour while ensuring the safety and security of the premises and its occupants.

Security Concierge Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, professional greeting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees
  • Manage access control and conduct security patrols
  • Perform health and safety checks and monitor CCTV as required
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and handle confrontational situations calmly and professionally
  • Monitor fire, security, and intruder alarms
  • Undertake administrative tasks, including meeting room and car park bookings
  • Assist with meeting room setup and food and beverage service
  • Support events and occasional out-of-hours requirements
  • Serve as a Fire Marshal and First Aider

Security Concierge Requirements:

  • SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence (or willingness to obtain one with company support)
  • Experience in a corporate or high-end hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
  • Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to work in a suited environment while maintaining a security presence
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks
  • Maturity and professional demeanour
  • Ex-military background would be highly regarded
