An exciting opportunity has arisen in this newly created role for an experienced Sales Administrator, to give full support to the Online Sales for the business. The role will entail:

  • Ā· 1st point of contact to all Customer Online Enquiries
  • Ā· Deal with all queries, complaints and returns to ensure a great Customer Service experience
  • Ā· Processing all orders in a timely manner
  • Ā· Order Fulfilment Administration
  • Ā· Full training and support given on the CRM system
