The Role:

Working at our Head Office within a busy team, you will be providing office support to customers, managing correspondence and communications over the phone and by email. As a fleet administrator, you will be assisting in the repair process and after sales support function. This could include progress chasing in relation to vehicles that are in our approved repair network, approving after sales or buy back claims, grading vehicle damage and allocation within the repair network. Managing your workload in line with Company procedures, to achieve an efficient, effective and economic repair resolution process.

The candidate:

  • No prior experience necessary, full training will be given
  • Happy to work independently, as well as in a team infast pacedenvironment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skill and attention to detail
  • Ability tomultitask
  • IT literate

Responsibilities:

Liaising with repairers and updating internal systems

Liaise with external repairers and internal departments as necessary to ensure a smooth operation

Support the after sales process, which could include authorising damage claims, dealing with buy back requests and raising purchase orders

Grade vehicle damage from In-Life and refurb vehicles, making commercial decisions on which vehicles need repair and allocating them within our network

Producing & maintaining spreadsheets

Dealing with telephone/email queries to resolve issues promptly

General administration duties

Contribute fully as a team member
