About the Role
Are you passionate about the automotive industry and ready to take on a dynamic role within a supportive team? We are looking for a Fleet Parts Advisor to join our Fleet Repair team in Exeter. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient supply of parts across our UK repair network, monitoring deliveries, managing returns and maintaining a high level of administrative accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with suppliers to source replacement parts, control costs, and monitor service level agreements
- Work closely with Thrifty Fleet Repair Team Engineers and the repair network on direct parts supply
- Oversee parts delivery and returns processes across the Scot Group Repair Network
- Liaise with manufacturers to resolve back-order issues
- Perform additional duties as required by your line manager.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

- Experience:
- Background in the automotive industry (e.g., vehicle dealerships, parts supply, service or repair organisations)
- Skills and Attributes:
- IT literacy and strong data management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Conscientious, detail-oriented, and highly organised
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
