The Role

You will oversee a team of 7 sales executives and 2 assistant sales managers, fostering a high-performing environment through:

  • Leading a structured sales process and coaching team members.
  • Supporting your team in selling used vehicles, finance packages, GAP insurance, and additional products.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction with a hands-on approach, including first and second-facing customers.
  • Driving sales campaigns and promotions, while ensuring compliance with ethical standards.


About You

We're seeking a proven leader with significant experience in automotive sales management. Key qualities include:
