Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Exeter

TeacherActive is seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in a fantastic educational setting in Exeter. As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will play a key role in providing additional support to students, ensuring they reach their full potential in a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant (LSA):

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Providing 1:1 or group support to students with additional learning needs
• Assisting students with their academic and personal development
• Helping to create a positive and supportive learning environment
• Monitoring and tracking student progress and well-being

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young people and the drive to make a difference in their educational experience. Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) is desirable, but not essential. Full training and support will be provided.
