  • Ideally full-time [37.5 hrs] but happy to be flexible with the hours | Permanent or Temporary available (Temp approximately 4 - 6 weeks)
  • £12.83 per hour
  • Monday to Friday working schedule
  • Weekend availability - participation in an Outreach rota which may include working early mornings, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake assertive outreach and hot spot visits across the local area
  • Carry out needs assessments, support plans and risk assessments with identified people who are sleeping rough to secure access to services
  • Handle referrals and support individuals accessing emergency sleeping accommodation

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (desirable)
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs and challenging behaviours
