Our client offers supported accommodation for vulnerable young people aged 16-18 and is looking for dedicated Support Workers in Exeter to join their team. We seek individuals with the values and commitment to truly enhance the lives of young people.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential support and encouragement in a safe, nurturing environment.
  • Work closely with young residents in small, supportive homes housing 3-4 young people.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager and other team members to create a positive, growth-oriented atmosphere
