We are seeking a dedicated individual to join a leading housing association as a Tenancy Sustainment Worker on a contract basis. Your work will directly contribute to creating stable and sustainable living environments for individuals and families across our communities.    
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants, offering guidance and support to ensure the sustainability of their tenancies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address the needs of tenants and provide tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at promoting tenancy sustainment and community well-being.
  Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals facing housing challenges or similar circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
  • Experience in advocating for vulnerable individuals and implementing support plans.
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and welfare benefits, with the ability to provide informed advice to tenants.
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification in social work, housing support, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work purposes (Desirable).
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo the process.
