- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals facing housing challenges or similar circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
- Experience in advocating for vulnerable individuals and implementing support plans.
- Knowledge of housing legislation and welfare benefits, with the ability to provide informed advice to tenants.
- Relevant qualification in social work, housing support, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work purposes (Desirable).
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo the process.
