Job Responsibilities as a SEN High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA):
- Develop and execute curriculum activities to create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
- Offer targeted support to help students reach their full potential.

Desired Qualifications as a SEN High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA):
- Solid understanding of educational principles and curriculum development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with students, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to assist the class teacher and cover lessons during PPA time.
- Adaptable and resourceful in diverse classroom situations.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment with strong leadership potential.
- Previous experience as a High-Level Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
