Job Title: Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team and help support our mission of fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
- Help prepare learning materials and resources.
- Monitor and support the social and emotional development of students.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and other school activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and activities.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children (preferably in an educational setting) or care, support work or other relevant fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of SEN and inclusive education practices (desirable but not essential).
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (desirable but not essential).
