Experienced Science Lead - Special School

Location: ExeterTerms: TPS - SEN1 (SEN 2 dependent on experience)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Science Teacher to join our team as a leader! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in teaching and managing complex behaviours, using relational practices to create a positive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and adaptive science lessons tailored to individual needs.
  • Plan the curriculum to support the entire staffing body
  • Foster a safe and respectful classroom environment.
  • Mentor and support less experienced colleagues.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the educational experience.
