We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Asset Support Officer to join our clients Housing Assets team. This role is integral to delivering high-quality service to tenants, leaseholders, and community members. If you have a positive "can-do" attitude and a passion for enhancing the housing experience, we encourage you to apply.

As an Asset Support Officer, you will support housing assets management by providing technical and administrative assistance, coordinating maintenance bookings, managing customer inquiries, and contributing to overall service improvement. You'll work closely with other housing teams, contractors, and council members to ensure that all housing-related matters are addressed efficiently and with the highest level of service.

The Role
路Provide responsive support for tenant and leaseholder inquiries, managing bookings and appointments for repairs and planned works.
路Maintain accurate electronic records and support clerical functions related to housing asset management.
路Collaborate with housing teams and contractors to ensure service expectations are met and processes run smoothly.
路Monitor and process invoices, track customer satisfaction, and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
路Assist with internal and external communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

The Ideal Candidate
路Prior experience in customer service, ideally within housing or property management, and proficiency with IT systems, including data entry and databases.
路Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
路A commitment to providing excellent service, with a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
路GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent; additional relevant qualifications are a plus.
