Are you a Sales Administrator or similar, with knowledge of Central Heating / Plumbing, keen to learn more in a varied role where you'll be supported with extensive training?
Do you want to join an expanding, successful company which still has the feel and culture of a family-run business, where you'll provide excellent service to a variety of customers as part of a close-knit team?
In this role you will be answering emails and phone calls from customers requesting products from the business. You will process orders and advise on the correct product required. This is a varied role where no 2 days will be the same. Due to the tight knit nature of the branch, you will be expected to chip in and help in other areas.
On offer is the chance to join a company established nearly 50 years ago in the Southwest of England, which has developed from supplying contractors to domestic heating projects to now supplying systems and parts to customers all over the UK from branches nationwide. This role will support the continued expansion of the business, as you will join one of their fastest growing branches.
This role will suit a Sales Administrator or similar looking to join a supportive team with supported training in-house within an expanding business.
The Role· Dealing customer queries and product orders· Valuating jobs· Advising on the correct products required (Training provided) · Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm (Hour Lunch)· Every other Saturday (8am - 12am)
