Job Title: 1st Line Support Technician
Location: Exeter (Hybrid - 2 days in the office per week)
Salary: up to 40,000 per year (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to technical issues.
- Provide clear and concise support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Collaborate with other teams to improve the overall customer experience and contribute to software improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
- 2 years+ experience offering technical support, ideally within a software company
- A good understanding of software applications, systems, and networks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
