Fabric Engineer (Handyperson)

Salary: 37,000
Our client is currently recruiting a Fabric Technician/ Handyperson to join their team with the view to start on 01/04/2025. The purpose of this role is to support the Facilities Department with all aspects of Facilities Management including Maintenance & Repairs.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm.
Duties:
- Carry out property maintenance and repair works logged to ensure our targets are achieved.
- Ensure buildings and services are maintained in a good state of repair.
- Support the Facilities team to ensure all key performance targets are delivered for the Health and Safety monitoring schedule.
- Health and Safety Knowledge
- Support our appointed Security Company with the implementation of all site security, providing a back-up support where necessary.
Experience/ Qualifications Required:
- Multi Skilled across a variety of trades (basic electrical, basic plumbing, decorating, carpentry, general maintenance and repairs)
- Health & Safety knowledge
- No criminal record
