We are looking for aMobile Plumberwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theMobile Plumber,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheMobile Plumber,will be responsible for:
- Inspecting and repairing commercial plumbing and drainage systems.
- Conducting pipework inspections,adaptations, and repairs.
- Providing top-notch service, answering client queries, and reporting defects.
- Keeping clients informed during service visits.
- Completing allwork-related documentation accurately and on time.
To be successful for this Mobile Plumberrole you must have:
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe working systems.
- Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Physicalability to perform job duties.
- Background in Maintenance/FacilitiesManagement or similar. (Desirable)
- C&G Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent/technical diploma.
- Valid UK driving licence.
