We are working with a successful Forklift Truck dealership. They are growing market share and have low staff turnover. They treat their Engineers as individuals and not a number, offering excellent training and support.

The Person & Skills

We are looking for Engineers or Technicians with good Mechanical / Electrical experience who are keen on a career in the Material Handing industry.

We are interested in applications from people from a variety of sectors such as: Agricultural Engineers, Armed Forces such as REME, Automotive (Vehicle Technicians), Construction Equipment (Plant Fitters), Materials Handling (Forklifts), HGV Technicians, LGV, Access Hire or Roadside recovery. This role will work on Petrol, Diesel and electric machines. Experience working on Hydraulics and with Battery powered or Electric trucks or cars would be an advantage.

The Role

As a Workshop Engineer, you will be looking after major breakdowns and overhauls of customer Forklifts. You will be given all the training and specialist tools required to perform your job well.

  • Monday - Friday (40 hrs).8am - 4.30pm
  • Pension Contribution
  • 29 Days Holiday inc Bank Holidays (rising by 1 pa.)
  • Specialist tools provided
