- Ensure that meeting rooms are maintained for clients and visitors.
- Prepare refreshments for meeting rooms, following a room-booking schedule.
- To liaise with the Catering team over catering requirements for sandwich/buffet/formal lunches, evening receptions etc
- Maintain catering stock control and assist with organising supplies.
- Assist with the clearing, washing, and polishing of crockery and glassware after each meeting.
- Set up meeting rooms with Catering requirements and to assist Post Team.
- Be flexible to work late evenings, which include the serving of Alcohol ( some events will finish around 10pm)
- Hospitality or catering experience in corporate environment
- Flexible and positive attitude - flexibility needed around working hours
- Able to maintain a professional attitude Ability to work under pressure
- Able to prioritise and juggle workload.
- Excellent time management skills
- Confident and resilient, experience of working with all levels of staff.
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
- Strong team player - willing to support colleagues within the department wherever necessary and appropriate.
- A basic understanding of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word and Excel
