Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a team in Exeter. This role offers a temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates demonstrating strong performance and commitment.

Responsibilities:

Pick orders manually from order sheets.
Load and unload stock to/from pallets and vehicles.
Shrink-wrap pallets.
Operate machinery after training.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

Own transport is essential due to the location and shift times.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting.
Experience in loading, unloading, and reading pick sheets.
Warehouse or production experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Forklift Truck experience would be a plus.
