The Role

As the School Estates Manager, you will lead the estates, catering, and cleaning teams across our school sites. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and inspections.
  • Managing the Premises and Maintenance plan, including contractor management.
  • Overseeing budgets and financial performance.
  • Acting as Health and Safety Officer, managing risk assessments and fire safety.
  • Ensuring site security and effective safeguarding.
  • Overseeing catering and cleaning services.
  • Managing external lettings and identifying new income opportunities.
