The Role
We are looking for a new Head Chef to join our Prezzo Family who has a genuine drive, ambition and desire to make Prezzo the standout from the rest!
As a Prezzo Head Chef you will:
- Have a keen interest to prep and cook great quality Italian cuisine.
- Lead your kitchen, owning all processes including health and safety, stock management, ordering and staff development.
- Show #DriveToSucceed (this is one of our core Prezzo values!)
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a desire to grow your skills and career as a Prezzo Head Chef.
- Be financially accountable and meet company GP expectations.
- Constantly monitor and develop your kitchen team.
- Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UKs favourite Italian dining experience.
- Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return.

Where is the restaurant?Located in the town centre opposite the town hall and within 5 minutes' walk of the rail station. Set over two floors in a stylish contemporary building, Prezzo Exmouth is warm and welcoming and is the ideal place for intimate dinners the restaurant also offers dining for larger parties upstairs.
