Our Teaching Assistants play a vital role in schools, whether on a day to day, long-term or permanent basis. The role of a Teaching Assistant doesn't include planning and preparation, however strong communication and classroom management skills are a must.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Primary School experience in the UK
- Good communication skills
- A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and small group basis
