We are looking for creative and compassionate people to join one of our vibrant residential services in Exmouth. Everything our Support Workers do is aimed at enabling the people we support to do the things they love.
A Support Worker’s Job
The role of a Support Worker is a wide and varying one that includes:
- Supporting with jobs around the house
- Creating and planning different activity sessions
- Supporting the people we support in the community
- Understanding what support the different people we support require
- Personal care
- Encouraging independence amongst the people we support where possible

As some of the people we support require a high level of care we need people with patience and empathy.
