Specialising in elegant and timeless residential properties, this studio is seeking a like-minded Architect with a strong design vision and passion for delivering exceptional homes. Their approach focuses on creating sustainable, inspiring, and meticulously crafted designs that exceed client expectations.

The successful Senior Architect must have a keen eye for detail, extensive experience in high-end residential projects, and strong technical expertise. Proficiency in Vectorworks is highly advantageous, along with a well-rounded understanding of the entire architectural process.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

• Extensive post-Part 3 UK experience in a similar role
• ARB/RIBA registered with a strong track record in high-end residential design
• Proficiency across all RIBA work stages, from concept through to completion
• Strong technical skills, with knowledge of Vectorworks, Adobe Suite, and NBS Building Software preferred
• Expertise in designing and delivering bespoke, traditional residential architecture
• Ability to lead and manage projects with confidence, while working collaboratively within a team
• A commitment to sustainable and high-quality design principles
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ideally based in or near Exmouth
