Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a commando training facility in Exmouth, who are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join their busy team.

What's involved?
As a Food and Beverage Manager in a MOD site, you will need the ability to work inside a fast paced environment, supporting the kitchen - whilst overseeing the development and executing events strategy.
You will oversee the main mess catering, as well as work with the mess committee to plan and deliver a number of functions attended by the senior Royal Marine personnel.
Experience of managing a team and execution of events is essential for this Food and Beverage Manager position.
