Our client is a prestigious structural engineering consultancy who operate out of two locations, one being their Suffolk office which is set in a busy and popular town.

The team work on a variety of interesting projects including large refurbishment schemes in London.

Their Suffolk office is currently seeking a Structural Engineer with at least 3 years' post Graduate experience.

The successful structural engineer will be looking to attain Chartered status and will possesses excellent knowledge of buildings structures design for both new build and refurbishment schemes.

The company can offer a comprehensive training and assistance is on offer to gain Chartership, along with an approved training scheme.

Confident designing in all materials including RC, masonry, timber and steelwork, you will bring a "can-do" attitude to your work and be capable of working well within the existing team.

A knowledge of historic structures would be an advantage, or an interest in becoming involved in this type of work, but this is not vital.

Projects range in value up to multi million pounds.

You will be expected to represent our client at meetings and therefore excellent communication skills are vital.
