I am seeking a passionate Part Two Architectural Assistant to join a successful Architectural and planning consultancy in one of their two offices in Suffolk. This dynamic practice has a diverse portfolio of building types from leisure, agricultural and commercial to housing developments. Their multidisciplined talented team are comprised of planners, designers, architects and technicians and benefit from a collaborative working environment where they can progress with regular training and support. Also on offer is flexible working arrangements a competitive salary and a mix of interesting projects. with a number of exciting projects on the horizon they are keen to add to their extensive experience and design capabilities with he addition of a driven Part Two Architectural Assistant.

The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will boast strong creativity and design skills, a year or two of post part Two qualification experience and experience with AutoCAD and Sketch Up.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

  • Ideally 1-2 years post Part Two qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
  • Part One & Part Two qualifications
  • Well versed in industry standard software such as AutoCAD, sketch Up and Adobe Suite
  • Good knowledge of Building Regulations
  • Ideally an insight across the RIBA stages from practice experience
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Demonstratable technical excellence
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive and positive approach to work
  • Keen to input to company growth
  • Experience working across a diverse portfolio of projects
  • Sector experience such as residential, commercial and agricultural
  • Live locally to Suffolk
