Accounts Clerk

Temporary

Pay: Starting from £11.44 - £12.50 dependant on experience

Location: Eye, Suffolk.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately
  • Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to accounts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
