Are you a Maintenance Manager from a food / manufacturing background looking to work for a rapidly expanding business which will see you take on a lead role, overseeing the full maintenance department and moulding your own team?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the modernisation and improvement of this forward-thinking company's state of the art production facility, from the implementation of new systems to the development of young engineers.

In this role you will manage a team of highly skilled maintenance engineers, develop and improve maintenance systems, implement effective maintenance strategies and help with the modernisation of all processes across the facility.

The company have recently invested heavily in their plant and have ambitious plans to grow and modernise further, making this an excellent time to get on board.

This role would suit a Maintenance Manager from a manufacturing background with great people management skills and a proven track record in improving maintenance functions.
The Role:

• Manage the full maintenance function across a state-of-the-art facility.
• Work closely with other departments on a range of continuous improvement projects.
• Oversee, mould and develop a team of highly skilled maintenance engineers.

• Maintenance Manager.
