As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;
- Managing sales territories
- Achieving sales targets
- Managing existing clients and distributors
- Developing, supporting and training new distributors
- Identifying and seeking new sales opportunities
- New Business Development
- The ability to carry out negotiations,to ensure projects are commercially viable
- Prepare monthly forecasts and reports
It would be advantageous to hold a relevant degree within commercial / business / engineering and have a proven track record and experience within Technical Sales Management (or similar) and distributor network experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must as you will be building relationships at all levels to create success. It is essential to have a positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach together with the ability to travel frequently and build robust relationships.
