Working for an exciting, expanding and successful Engineering company, this is an excellent opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager looking to further develop their career.
As the Regional Sales Manager and reporting to the SalesDirector, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;
- Managing and developing the UK Sales territory
- Building effective relationships with key decision makers
- Managing, developing, supporting and training new distributors
-Proactively carry out New Business Development
- The ability to carry out negotiations,to ensure projects are commercially viable
- Provide after sales support
- Attend trade exhibitions
- Prepare monthly forecasts and reports
It would be advantageous to hold a relevant degree within commercial / business / engineering / have a proven track record and experience within Technical Sales Management (or similar) and distributor network experience.
Strong Business Development, interpersonal and communication skills are a must as you will be building relationships at all levels to create success. It is essential to have a positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach together with the ability to travel frequently and build robust relationships.

The successful candidate will be both home and office based when not travelling.
