I am recruiting for a meat producer that has been around for more than 200 years, picking up multiple awards whilst growing at a great pace. They have recently expanded into a new state of the art facility showing that success they have gained over the years. The next step is for you to become one of the important maintenance engineers at the site in Eye.The current engineers are dedicated to their work, focused on constant progress and can always be seen working hard with great amounts of passion.In this role as a maintenance engineer you will have a variety of jobs and responsibilities. This will include ensuring the effective repair, alterations, and enhancements of the company’s assets by offering technical support to the head of engineering and the rest of the team. In addition, you will be supervising contractors and making sure that environmental and health and safety regulations are followed whilst sharing responsibility for the installation, maintenance and improvement of the manufacturing lines.Experience and Qualification Required
- Level 3 qualification or higher
- Food industry background
- Multi-skill set
- 18th edition preferred
