Warehouse B2 Forklift License Operative

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse B2 Forklift License Operative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the loading and unloading of 5 - 10 tonne pallets, as well as moving unusual loads from space to space within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a B2 forklift to load and unload heavy pallets (5 - 10 tonnes).
• Safely transport and position unusual loads within the warehouse.
• Ensure all loads are secured and transported in compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the forklift to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required, including inventory management and order picking.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid B2 forklift license.
• Proven experience operating a B2 forklift in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to handle heavy and unusual loads safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
