Due to growth and expansion, my client is looking to recruit a Goods In Administrator / Coordinator to join the team.

In this role, and reporting to the Goods Inwards Controller, the main responsibilities of the Goods In Administrator Coordinator will include the following:

  • Managing incoming deliveries into Good Inwards and the yard
  • Book in deliveries from suppliers, checking that the information matches the purchase order and undertake general checks in relation to product conformity to drawing and or specification.
  • Prompt receipting of deliveries into theERP system in real time.
  • Where necessary offloading/onloading deliveries as required by the business with the aid of a Forklift truck.
  • Raising of Purchase orders, and tracking delivery.
  • Support the team with inventory counts.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good administrative skills with the ability to work under pressure. Have a high level of precision with regard to documentation, computer work, stock counts and checking accuracy of documents etc. Ideally you will have some experience within a warehouse environment, and hold a forklift licence (or be willing to be trained to do so)
