Job Title: Junior Application Support

Cooper Lomaz has teamed up with a business just outside of Diss to find a motivated Junior Application Support to join their team. This is a fantastic full-time permanent role, offering the chance to work onsite with an experienced IT team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills in support, scripting, and helping the business to continue to develop its ERP system.

About the Role:

As a Junior Application support, you'll be the go-to person for resolving IT issues and providing exceptional customer service to your colleagues, relating to the companies ERP system. This role is suitable for someone who is has exposure to ERP systems and wants to continue to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Act as first point of contact for all issues relating to the ERP system
• Demonstrate to colleagues how to access information on the ERP system
• Provide remote and deskside support to colleagues
• Deliver outstanding customer service to non-technically minded colleagues, to listen to the request or issue, and respond within the agreed SLA time frames
• Support a wide range of customers, from colleagues in Engineering, Finance and HR

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication skills both written and verbally
• Background in either engineering or manufacturing sector
• A desire to develop technical skills and continue their learning and development

This position is suitable for someone with experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector, who is looking for a technical role. The opportunity comes with the ability to learn and develop within the business.

Due to the location, having access to a vehicle for daily commuting to the office is essential.
